Caramelized walnut* (to decorate)

2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon of mustard
  1. Massage the spinach leaves with a little oil, salt and pepper.
  2. Cut mango strips, mix them with the spinach, add shredded fresh cheese.
  3. For the vinaigrette: in ajar put the juice of an orange, flaxseeds, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper, close and shake.
  4. Dress the salad with the vinaigrette, decorate with the caramelized nuts and enjoy.
