2 Aurum Avocados
2 cucumbers
3/4 cups of lime juice
1 cup of ‘padrón’ peppers / Italian pepper
1/4 cups cilantro
1/4 red onion
1 cup crimini mushroom
1 cup of mushrooms
Crackers or nachos
  1. Blend the cucumber, lemon juice, ‘padrón’ peppers (in Mexico they use serrano chili to taste), cilantro, salt and pepper until all the ingredients are well integrated. Adjust the flavors if necessary.
  2. Cut the avocado into thin slices and place it on a spread plate, add the mushroom mixture, if you prefer, add another layer of avocado.
  3. Cut the onion into julienne strips and place.
  4. Subsequently, bathe with the sauce and let it rest for 30 minutes. Decorate the aguachile with cilantro leaves. Also, don’t forget to accompany it with crackers or nachos!
