Ingredients:
Mango
Cooked lentils (jar)*
Tomatoes
Purple Onion
Cilantro
Avocado
Salt pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
Lime
Green pepper*

 

*OPTIONAL
Preparation:
  1. Wash and cut the mango into squares.
  2. Wash the vegetables; Dice the onion, tomatoes and avocado. Finely chop the cilantro. If you want add the diced pepper.
  3. Mix the lentils with the vegetables and the mango, add the juice of one lime.
  4. Add the extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
