Ingredients:
Ripe avocado
Pizza mass
Ricotta
Arugula
Agave honey
Extra virgin olive oil
Cilantro
Salt pepper
1 lime
1 italian pepper
Preparation:
  1. Bake the pizza dough
  2. Cut the avocado into slices, squeeze a little juice to prevent it from browning
  3. Cut the bell pepper into thin slices
  4. When the flatbread is ready, spread the ricotta mixture, and place the avocado and bell pepper slices
  5. Add the arugula and chopped cilantro
  6. Pour olive oil and agave honey all over the flatbread, add salt and pepper to taste
