3 units of large or small avocados. 2 medium purple onions. 4 units of ripe tomatoes. 10 units of peeled shrimp 15 grams of cilantro or fresh parsley. 4 units of lemon. Salt. Pepper.
Wash the purple onions and cut into feathers, take them to a bowl.
Wash the tomatoes and remove the seeds that they contain in the center, cut them into julienne strips and add it to the bowl where we have the red onion, with the shrimp.
Cut the avocado in half and into medium squares, add them to the bowl and also add the juice of the lemons. Mixes very well with vegetables.
Finally add the cilantro or parsley finely chopped and mixed.
