Chicken breast
1 Tomato
2 Celery
1/4 purple onion
Lime juice
Mayonnaise / mustard / AOVE
Salt / Pepper / Garlic powder
Cooking cream


  1. Boil the chicken breast and then shred it whole.
  2. Cut the tomato, onion and celery into small pieces, reserve.
  3. In a bowl, add the cooking cream, two tablespoons of mayonnaise, and one of mustard, mix.
  4. Add all the ingredients until everything is well integrated.
  5. Cut the avocados in half, remove the bone and carefully remove the skin from each half,
    do it with all the ones you want to fill.
  6. Serve, and accompany with your favorite crackers
