Ingredients:
2 Aurum Mangoes
4 Sheets of gelatin
½ Cup unsweetened
Greek yogurt
Oatmeal Cookies
Vanilla essence
Optional sweetener
Preparation:
  1. Blend the mangoes to obtain a pulp. Mix with the Greek yogurt, vanilla essence and sweetener (optional).
  2. Hydrate the gelatin sheets and wait for them to cool and then mix with the mango and yogurt.
  3. In a mold place an oatmeal cookie, put a little of the mixture, then a cookie and so on, the last layer should be mango, and crushed cookies to decorate.
  4. Refrigerate for 2 or 3 hours.
