1 avocado
1 cup evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
Natural sweetener*
  1. Cut the avocado into cubes and freeze.
  2. Freeze the evaporated milk in a container for 1 hour. After the time, beat it
    until foamy.
  3. In a food processor, place the frozen avocado cubes and blend.
  4. Add the previously made evaporated milk foam to the mixture.
  5. Finally, add vanilla aroma and sweetener* (optional).
  6. Freeze for two hours. After the time has elapsed, beat again (to break up any ice crystals
    that have formed) and freeze again for two hours.
  7. Enjoy.
