Ingredients:
200g. of tuna
2 avocados
2 purple onion
1 lime
Mix of lettuce
1 tomato
1 bunch of coriander
1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt
Salt and Pepper
Whole wheat tortillas
Preparation:
  1. Cook the tuna on the grill with a little EVOO and cut it into cubes.
  2. Mix the diced avocados and onion, the finely chopped cilantro, the juice of one lime and a tablespoon of Greek yogurt, to finish, add the
    cooked tuna.
  3. On a whole wheat tortilla, place the tuna, the mixed lettuce and
    sliced tomato.
  4. Wrap and enjoy.
