400gr cooked chickpeas
1 Handful of spinach
1 Aurum Avocado
2 tablespoons of tahini
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp limejuice
Extra virgin olive oil
Basil / Cayenne
Salt and Pepper
Bread / Scallions / Carrot
  1. Drain the chickpeas and put them in the blender along with the spinach, garlic and peeled and pitted avocado.
  2. When the texture is more homogeneous, also add the tahini, salt, pepper, oil and lime juice.
  3. Serve it in the bowl and decorate with more oil, cayenne flakes and basil leaves.
