Ingredients:
  • 1 Aurum mango
  • Mascarpone cheese
  • Espresso coffee
  • Sponge fingers
  • Ounce of chocolate
Preparation:
  1. Dice the mango very finely. Leave some for plating, but blend the rest to create a mango cream.
  2. In a bowl, add the mascarpone cheese and mango cream. Blend everything until you have a very light and delicious cream to make our mango tiramisu.
  3. Make a fresh espresso. Take the sponge fingers and dip them in the coffee.
  4. For plating, take a small Clear glass or cup and place a base of the soaked sponge fingers, a little mango cream cheese, the previously diced mango, and so on until the container is
    full. For the last layer, use a piping bag and cover the top. Add cocoa powder to decorate it for a perfect finish.
