Ingredients:
· 150 g fondant chocolate
· 1 Aurum mango
· 1 lemon
· 4 strawberries
· 80 g red berries
Preparation:
  1. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie. Paint a mould with cavities with the chocolate. Put in the fridge for a few minutes and paint again with chocolate. Repeat the operation and chill until the chocolate comes out of the mould.
  2. Peel and chop the mango. Squeeze a lemon. Put the mango pieces and lemon juice in a blender. Blend and add water, little by little, until you obtain a thick cream, not a puree.
  3. Wash the strawberries and red berries. Cut the strawberries into slices; set aside. Pour the mango cream into the chocolate cubes obtained. Decorate the mango cream with strawberries and red berries.
