1 Aurum Avocado
150g fresh tuna
1 Cucumber
Sesame oil
Rice vinegar
Salt and Pepper
  1. Peel and cut the avocado and cucumber into cubes.
  2. Cut the tuna into cubes.
  3. Add all the ingredients in a salad bowl.
  4. Boil the edamame for 3 to 5 minutes. Let it cool and add to the salad bowl.
  5. Finally, in a separate container, beat the oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
  6. Add the previous mixture to the salad and that’s it.
