Ingredients:
  • 2 Aurum mangoes
  • 1 banana
  • 3 pineapple slices
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • Ice
  • White sugar and cinnamon
Preparation:
  1. In a blender, add 2 previously peeled mangoes, 1 banana, 3 pineapple slices, a little pineapple syrup, 400 ml coconut milk, and 4 tablespoons of crushed ice. Blend everything for a few minutes and check the consistency. The texture should be creamy, neither too runny nor too thick. If it is too runny, you can add more coconut milk to achieve the desired consistency.
  2. To serve, take a glass and place a little water on a plate and the white sugar and cinnamon mixture on another plate. We’ll take the top of the glass and run it through the glass to moisten it, then add it to the mixture so the rim of the glass is decorated.
  3. Add the mixture and decorate the glass with a few pieces of mango.
