Ingredients:
  • 1 Aurum avocado
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Burrata
  • EVOO
  • Salt and pepper
  • A handful of basil leaves
Preparation:
  1. Cut the avocado into very thin slices and place it on the plate
  2. Crumble the burrata and place it on top of the avocado
  3. Cut the tomatoes and place them on top of the burrata
  4. Wash and cut the basil leaves into thin strips
  5. Season with EVOO, salt and pepper to taste
